Front Shock Compatibility

Need a new front shock for Carpathia. Am not apt to be spending several hundred clams for an Olins or Wilbur. In fact, looking for one off of a low mileage wreck. They 're a bit scarce. Does anyone know if the assembly off of a K1200RS is compatible, as they seem a bit more readily available?

And other remnants of a misspent youth.

Re: Front Shock Compatibility

I would say no as the PNs are different and the weight of the bikes are different.
