hinge pin clip?

I lost the little clip that holds the pins that hold the brake pads inside the rear brake caliper on my 99 LT. Can't find a replacement. They are not shown on the parts finch. Any one else had this problem?

Re: hinge pin clip?

I actually found some that would work at my local hardware store. Mine got all bent out of shape so I bought a few different sizes just to have around.

Re: hinge pin clip?

Look at the parts list for a K100 they use the same clip.

I've always replaced those with safety wire on all my bikes.

OK I was totally out to lunch on this one. I thought you were looking for the e-clips for the trunk pins. I know some one has found a source for these but I can't remember where they got them. (I know big help) But a small loop of bailing wire with a twist on it will do the trick.
