Removal of speaker grill

I just noticed that my left speaker grill has a dent in it. I would like to get it off so I can try to straighten it out. I did a search on the forum archives and found a few threads and tried to remove the screws in the back case. But, the grill will not come off. I must be doing something wrong.

Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to do this? Is it possible to just remove the left side cover??

Thanks...
