Plain tank trim piece

Since I really never use the radio, the buttons and the crappy screen above thr stingray on the tank are a bit of waste. And kind of ugly. Is there a plain cowl piece to substitute for the radio controls?

Re: Plain tank trim piece

I am working on that, I need to find a Dead radio trim panel to take to a friend that can Vac-Form plastic to see if he can replicate it in plastic.

Sadly, most BMW owners think that a dead radio control panel is worth $100 or more. So I have yet to find one.

What you can do for yourself is remove it, gut it of all the pieces and have a body shop (or yourself) fill the holes with plastic body panel filler and block sand and repaint it.

That will achieve what you are after a lot faster.
