Factory heated seat for 2003 K1200 LT

I just purchased a K1200LT from a friend. He is very short and I am 6'3". He changed the factory heated seat for a much shorter one. I would like to put a taller seat back on. Does anyone have one for sale, or know where I could find one. I would be interested in doing some trading for the heated seat that is on it.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have only had the bike a week or so now, and so far I need to be sitting a little higher, I think. I can provide pictures of the seat to anyone interested.
I am not against just buying another seat, I just can't seem to find any online. Thanks for any help, I sure do need it. But absolutely love the bike so far, except the seat......Should have bought one years ago.....

Re: Factory heated seat for 2003 K1200 LT

I have a heated seat that I removed from my 2003 K1200 LTE right after I purchased it.

I don't have any idea what it is worth, but maybe someone will chime in and let us know what a fair price would be.

The seat is as close to brand new as you can get. It has been wrapped and stored in my house since I brought the bike home from the dealer.

Can you explain and maybe some pictures of what a short seat would look like?

As far as I know only an aftermarket seat or moving the bar on the factory seat from high to low can you lower the LT seat.

So do you have an OEM seat or an aftermarket seat?

You all treat my buddy well and give him a good deal on the stock regular seat as the seat I had was the lowered heated one for "midgets" and Skip ain't no midget!

Glad you are enjoying your new ride.

Since you got the bike from Brett (and short is an understatement) I have a regular 03 heated seat if you can't find one and I am not that far away. It is just taking up space.

Oh Brett Jean and I are going to Granny Fishes House tomorrow... Oh oops you don't have a bike any more. Sorry.

If you let me know how much you want for it, I will take it. I like the "Understatement". But the guy who dropped me off to pick up the bike from Brett, was even shorter...... No Joke. Feel free to call or text me too, 423-667-3173. My hips can't take too much riding with this seat.... Thanks.
