You could do it but the arm is $545 alone and the collection of sockets and washers to emulate the special bearing tools may be beyond your tool box. Special socket is needed to torque the nut holding the front of the link to the fork bridge/ball joint. Also a lot has to come off to get to it all Tupperware and fuel tank. That is not a bad price but the steering damper I would pass on as there have been some here that have fixed theirs and there are better aftermarket units. Wonder just how big a pot hole did you hit to bend the telelever?
