Fanstastic, Wonderful, Marvelous, Unbelieveable, Cool, Great and on and on.

I went for my first ride today after 8 months, 22 days and about 7 hours, granted it was only to take the bike in for servicing but I am able to ride again. I had 3 disc replaced and 5 fused in my neck last June and knew I would ride again but didn't know when. I saw my surgeon yesterday, the discs are fused, the plate is stationary and I am ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!! Tomorrow I ride the Rune for the first time. I purchased it in September on E-Bay and had it shipped..never ridden.

I will be headed to the Laughlin River Run in April to test out the body....if all goes well i'll be going to DC in May on Run For The Wall......

Thanks for keeping my mind occupied while I was off...I had high hopes of exceeding Joe's posts over my time off.....never made it.

Isn't it a great feeling? I went for a long streatch while I had to heal and when I threw my leg over the seat, I was sooo scared and five miles later I was soooo excited.

Congrats and welcome back.
