Where to put wires?

I am planning on put a brake cover ram mount and a clutch cover ram mount for both GPS and ipod and will run both off of a 2 outlet pig tail coming out of the power outlet on the left side of the fairing by my left knee.
I figure that someone here has done something similar before and knows the best way of getting the wire from the right side of the handle bars over to the left side and then meeting up with the wire from the GPS and then to the pig tail without the wires dangling in an annoying and unsafe manner.
Any assitance and suggestions would be great and, of course, appreciated.

Talking Wires?

I solved that problem by installing another power port on the rightside just left of the mirror!

It is not wise to meddle in the affairs of Dragons for thou art crunchy and good with katsup.

Remove the handle bar covers, run the wires down the bars & under the plastic. Tap in to the wire going to the outlet & wire it in. That way you won't have any wires hanging out of outlets.

Do what Elton suggested and run the wires inside the handlebars and under the fairing. You can follow the existing wire paths, just make sure nothing pinches under the fairings or when the handlebars are turned. Then hook to the battery, or just get an auxiliary fuse block. It takes a little time but it's much cleaner looking, and safer when nothing hangs or gets caught.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
