Completely dead electric

When I stored my 2001 K1200LT last autumn, I removed the battery. This spring, I put the battery back, but I have no electric at all. No lamps, no starter, nothing. I tested the battery and it is good. I cleaned every contact at the battery, still nothing happens.

Can you help me?

Re: Completely dead electric

Did you get all the wires hooked back up? There should be one large brown on the negative terminal that goes back to the tie point behind the battery. Then there should be at least three large red wires on the positive post as well as a large black/yellow with a red sleave.

Re: Completely dead electric

What John said as the first step. Mine had seven wires to hook up.
