Thread Spec on '05 Rear Wheel Lugs?

I may need to clean-up or re-tap one of the lug bolt holes on my LT. Is possible that the last place that had the rear wheel off may have cross-threaded one of the bolts.

Anyone know, off-hand, what the thread spec is so I can be sure to use the proper tap?

Thanks in advance!
