2005 Heated Seat?

I need info on taking a the heated seat apart to put in new foam. If you have done this please pm me.

Did you ever did that Ken?

It's not supose to be hard. Just remove the cover leather, and it should expose the wire.
carfully remove it (thare is some glue on it, but it's easy removed and you are ready to go.

Seat

I watched as mine was rebuilt by Rich's in Seattle. The heated wires sit on top of the foam from my memory.

Yes, with a thin piece of foam over that. After pulling the staples from the bottom, just peel the cover off carefully and then the thin foam and heat pad. Not too difficult if you're careful.
