Setting the fuel level warning

I was scanning the GS911 site and found this procedure for setting the low fuel warning light to when you want it to come on.
This may be old news but just in case it isn't here is the link:

I have never seen this before. I'm going to have to try it !
My low fuel light has never come on, even when I drain the tank.
This kind of info is the good stuff. (too bad no more How updates)

Great find Howard.

Leave it to the GS-911 boys to find a solution. I reviewed the schematics for 99-2009 and although the electronics is different between the 99-04 and 05-09, the same signal name is on pin 3 so it should work on all model years.

Best part is you don't even need the GS-911 to do it.

What does "Non'Can" mean?

Non Can means non "canbus" or bikes with conventional wiring harnesses. Need to check your manual to know if yours is or not.

All LT's have conventional wiring harnesses.
