BMR Products is awesome...

It's rare these days to see customer service at a high level - cost and profit is the focus of almost all companies in this difficult economy, and personal customer service is usually seen as a cost, not as an opportunity.

My wife bumped my bike and damaged the long piece on the left side of the BMR Products Side Case Trim that I had. Bummed, I contacted BMR Products to ask if I could buy a replacement piece versus a whole new kit. Brett came back to me within hours, expressed his empathy and offered to ship a replacement piece free of charge. He shipped it the very next day, and coming across the country from CA to upstate NY only took 2 more days.

I am personally very appreciative of Brett doing this - he was under no obligation to do so - and I thought I'd share this high quality experience with you all just in case anyone is thinking about doing business with BMR Products and wondering if they stand behind their products, because clearly they are a 1st class company. Thanks Brett!

+1. Brett went above and beyond the call at CCR helping me fix something that I had screwed up. Great service, and a great guy.

Thumbs up Re: BMR Products is awesome...

+2! Brett is a real stand-up guy! He actually markets some of the most useful gear for our bikes. I have had the rubber bumper strips on my LT side-cases for about 10 years now with no complaints. And they look like they belong!

Re: BMR Products is awesome...

Great company. When mounting a shelf I bought from them created a conflict with my other accessories they offered a full refund even though my problem had nothing to do with their product. On another occasion they invited me to come by their house to pick up an item I needed for a trip I was starting the next morning. They understand our obsession.
