Thanks John, that worked (do it back into a gas can, that was a heck of a lot of pressure) but I also noticed that the return line flowed fuel freely as well via gravity so I called Ride Wast to verify and their senior tech said that the front line should go to the rail and the rear to the return if nobody has monkeyed with it (no monkeys around here, only forgetful tigers). So I disconnected the fuel stops one at a time with the key off and one flowed freely, meaning it was the return and went to the rear. Connected and tightened, reconnected the battery, ran the fuel pump and it shut off after a second, checked for leaks, then fired it up. Let it run for a minute checking for leaks and shut it down.
Embarrassed but good. Now to finish assembly.
