Removing Radio Plug *HELP*

Removed the Tupperware and Stingray in 35 minutes my first try. Thought is was going to be harder that it was. It kinda intimidated me initially....

So I have it off and ready to replace the Radio and can't seem to figure out the trick to get the connector off. There is a little grey holder over the plug and just can't figure it out. Help please. What ios the trick to get the plug out?

Re: Removing Radio Plug *HELP*

The outer frame of the big black connector slides up and does a cam action to pull the plug off at the same time.
