Well, it took almost two months but today the Canyon Red 2000 pulled up to the house in a big Keyboard Freight truck. Check them out. They got it down pat. Piddled with it a bit and then went and rode it 50 miles. Big ass bike. Going to take some getting used to. The wind was blowing 90 mph all day. Not a great day for a first ride but I had too. Had to raise the seat and stick an Air Hawk seat pad on it to get me up high enough to keep from feeling like I am squatting on a Kiddie Kar. The bike is pretty close to mint but a100 miles away from needing the 12K. Also that Canyn red is gorgeous. I think that efr I bought it from decided he'd ride it a little more before he got it sent. Already bought the Beemer Boneyard maintenance package, a Clymer book, and a Kendon lift so I'm ready for winter entertainment.
I will say, the more big fancy bakes I ride the more respect I have for my Burgman Executive.
Pictures when I get caught up.
One question: is there supposed to be a little indicating bubble in the middle of the sight glass when checking the oil on the side stand?
