One PIAA Lamp is Brighter Than The Other?

Recently, I replaced a burned out PIAA 1100X lamp. Its not burning as bright as the other (original) lamp - maybe 15% less bright.

I've kinda ruled out a bad ground as the system is all connected through a common relay & such, but then again, I'm no electrician & havent poked around with my multimeter yet.

Any ideas?

My first guess is that the wattage of the bulbs is different. I believe that my PIAAs are 35W, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were 20 or 50. How did you determine what bulb to use?

Hmnnn... Could be.

I bought spares at my dealer's fall "Oktoberfest" event a year ago. PIAA had a rep threre. I told him I wanted spare lamps for my lights & he sold me two. The packaging indicated they were for my set.
