better shoch with progressiv spring?

on the forum are a lot of posts of replacing standart shocks, but no posts of replacing only the spring.I changed my showa standart spring for a hyperpro progressiv spring for more stabillity and more comfort .The price for the spring was 100 euro incl. the mounting , i mounted it myself on and the bike (took about 4 hours) and now the bike drives smoother scratch less with bumps and in curves, and now the spring is progressif (more weight the stiffer the shock) no more adjustments

Welcome, Jan.

That sounds like a good upgrade for a decent price. Do you have details of who makes the shock spring, or where you purchased it?

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

dampers

Saw their dampers and thought it would be less than BMW. NOT. $299 plus $79 for mounting kit. But then what does it cost to rebuild them as I assume they are?
