Hyperpro shocks

My 2003 LT has 40,000 miles on it. I installed hyperpro shocks on it and have a question on setup. The company asked our weight and riding style so I presume they have been preset for us.
With my wife along I find we touch down on cornering too often and so I increased the preload setting under the seat. I now find that she is complaining that the ride isn't so good when we hit the bumps. I'm not sure about how to better setup the shock.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Hyperpro shocks

If they are anything like Wilbers its a work in process keep backing the pre-load down until she is again comfortable. when you start increasing the pre-load the ride is gong to become stiffer and you'll not have the comfort that you otherwise would it can't be helped as you also don't want to be bottoming out on the spring.

The supreme irony of life is that hardly anyone gets out of it alive.
