Rear Rotor

I have a 2005 and was working on the rear brakes when i notice this on the rotor.
They appear to be some type of washer/clip that allows the rotor to float.
On my rotor most of them are missing
Here is a picture ..Again you are looking at the rear rotor

Re: Rear Rotor

Jim, search the LT forum for the words "cow bell cowbell". This is what you have a case of. Not dangerous just annoying. It's called cowbell because of the noise the rotor makes as the bike comes to a stop. It moves against the pins and sounds like the bell hanging around a cows neck.
