Brake Line Results

I've been riding around with the Speigler brake lines for a few days now and thought I should report on the results. If I would have know how much better the brakes worked with those lines in place I would have gotten them replaced a long time ago instead of waiting until one of the OEM lines turned into a balloon. No more grabby brakes at low speed, much improved brake feel for both hand and foot, and, so far at least, no squeal.

Re: Brake Line Results

You may not experience the problem I had, but several thousand miles after changing mine, I needed to retighten the banjo bolts. Just make sure you have the right tools with you should need to stop a leak.

Its funny you say that I just got done replacing the rear pads and doing a complete flush on my 09 with synthetic Dot4 and my brakes have stopped the grabbing as well as being much improved.

The supreme irony of life is that hardly anyone gets out of it alive.
