ABS light flashing.--HELP Please

My 2003 integral brake model, has a flashing light.
It was parked for 3 weeks during the freezing weather, when i went to pull away after this time, the front wheel had siezed (brakes), a bit of shoving & it freed up, but since that point i have had the flashing light.
To date i have checked the sensor gaps at the wheels, they are ok, have done a full control circuit & wheel circuit brake fluid flush, & have charged the battery, still no luck, the bike is doing the self diagnosis checks, no problem, but the flashing light is not clearing on pulling away, there has been no previous problems, & i have done the brake flushes before.
Is there an easy self test i can do on the wheel sensors,????.
Besides going to the dealer for a Moditec/bleed test, any ideas, i will be taking the battery in for a test tomorrow, but really feel it is ok.
Brakes are working fine, but no ABS,
Any suggestions please.

The rear section of the reservoir under the seat is full to maximum.

More than 132,000 (recently corrected higher) motorcycle riders have died in traffic crashes since the enactment of the Highway Safety Act of 1966 and The National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966. Be careful out there.
