Need to double check: tank over flow goes to canister?

I changed the fuel filter and tool pixs as I went along. But, no pixs of the two lines coming from the top of the tank into the hoses running under the gas tank.

I'm guessing that the fuel over flow hose go to the canister?

Thanks
Bob

The smaller of the two is the vent that goes from the white fitting back to the cannister. The other is a drain for the "bib" around the filler neck and it drains right down below the foot rest

Many thanks for your time.

I remember telling myself outside line from the tank goes to outside line. But when I looked at it, I doubted myself.
