Fuel Injector Cleaner Overdose?

Hello All,
I bought a container of Fuel Injector Cleaner . The bike is 7 years old and I have no idea if the P.O. had ever run any through. The bike was running okay, but my thought process was cleaner is better.
Anyway, got distracted by the wife when pouring it in the tank and put in twice the recommended dosage. I have put a couple hundred miles on since with no adverse affects as yet. Anyone know if any damage can be caused by running too strong of a mixture through the injectors?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Dude!

I've done that a few times, all intentionally.

Ain't gonna hurt a thing, maybe clean you injectors a little quicker, which is the idea anyway.

I've used Techron FI cleaner which is good up to 20 Gals.
Works like a champ.

Re: Fuel Injector Cleaner Overdose?

I use that big bottle of Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner and just give it a squeeze when I put it in my tank. I might get 1/2 oz or 5 oz but one squeeze is all I ever use.

Thanks for the response guys.
I was afraid using double would be like shooting a squirrel with a .44 instead of a .22. Nothing left but a big hole!
