Quick connects

I read on here some place to put some vaseline on the rubber seals before clipping them together. What else can you use I don't have any vaseline

Brad.. you can get some Viton seals.. to extend the life.. but, I've found the grease tends to grab the grit in the environment.. and can contaminate.. so, I don't use any on my '05.. and I replaced the "male" end on both lines... no worries.

Spit on them if you have to.
Just do not make a dry connection.
