Front Brake Squeal

I have done the thread research and I could not find this problem. I have the original brake pads, rotors and calipers. Recently when cold just driving down road I have developed a high pitch screach coming from the front brakes. When I lightly activate the brake lever it goes away. About 30 seconds later it comes back. Usually after about three activations it goes away and does not come back. Today it would not go away. I originally thought maybe a stone got lodged in the pads but I checked and its clear. The brakes work fine. The pad with the least meat is the left inside with about 4/32. Rotor look good with no out of the ordinary marks. I took the metal bracket off each side and could not find anything out of the ordinary. The year is 2004. Any ideas? Mike
