temp readout

Hi all

Tio start with, I have now been riding my bike up here in Northern Ontario for about 3 weeks, and am just happy as a clam with my 00 LT. I finally reassemble the bike after reverse engineering it to swap out the air filter, and have so far put on about 700KM of pure pleasure. What a machine!
Just wondered if anybody knows whether the temp display can be changed fron F to C ?
Here in the great white north, 34 degrees still means bloody cold, but I need to know what kind of an idiot I really am when car drivers look at me as if I'm stark staring mad.
(Ha ! says I, glaring back defiantly. I got a hot rump , warm hands and heart. How about you, fishbowl guy??? )

keep the grey side down

Re: temp readout

I am pretty sure you have to replace the BC unit with on spec'ed for europe. Figures BMW would not make it programable, that's too easy.
