New Nav 4

Anyone know if the new Nav 4 system will link a Bluetooth phone into the intercom system?

Re: New Nav 4

Don't buy any GPS with BMW written on it. Buy a Garmin. BMW GPS units are always behind the curve when it comes to updates and correcting the locations of dealer.

I am glad i got rid of my Nav III and bought a Zumo

AV, Do you lose navigation capabilities on your iphone if you lose cell service? I love the nav program on my Blackberry but when I'm out of cell range I lose nav capabilities. Nuts!

Depends on the program.... Those that use true GPS and preloaded maps like TomTom and MobileNav have no issues vs the internet connection type that use Google maps or Bing etc which are dependent on the net to reload maps.

I have TomTom myself and it behaves just like my Garmin.
