Loudspeaker cover

Can someone enlighten me about the difference of these two ( one for each side ) parts ?

As best I can tell the expensive ones are for the Gray coloured units whilest the cheaper ones are for the normal black colour.

Have ridden a Motorcycle in all 48
But lack DE, MA, RI and CT with the 2005 LT

You are most probably right, but I wonder why the parts where the speakers go, which BMW classify as armrests, are the same price in both colours.

+1 for Johns response. I ran into the same issue with the replacement of the dash. Also, the prices on MAX are cheaper...
