Zumo 550

Hi guys
Just bought a 08 LT SE which is gps prepared - my zumo fits the bracket on the radio tray nicely.
Can I use the existing wireing to power it up or is it just as simple to run a lead direct to the battery.
Nice forum by the way .

Re: Zumo 550

No the existing wiring is not going to work that's made for the BMW/Garmin gps series bloody damned expensive, you'll need power and you'll need to tie the Zumo into your sound system.

The supreme irony of life is that hardly anyone gets out of it alive.
