Where have all the archives gone?

I have not been able to get to the archives since last week. Anybody know what's up? I am trying to get to Mark Neblett's instructions changing brake fluid in integral ABS systems, but I can't get there from here.

Thanks.

Try the FILES section. Addendum is first file, then look at other pages for the first file.

We are working on restoring the archives. They were a casualty of last weekends patch fest. They should be back in the next day or so.

Yes , thank you for the update .... I keep thinking it is just me that can;t get in to them .

I am in the middle of changing my clutch out , & have got it down to the clutch cover . I just can't figure out how to hold the thing so that I can get the screws out . I guess Im will just have to ask in the LT section

I just added it. It was in the Archives but never made it into the Technical Files.

Re: Where have all the archives gone?

Using Mark's instructions, I did my first brake fluid change this weekend. I have bled brakes before on other motorcycles, but I must admit, I was a little intimidated by the ABS system. Mark's instructions were superb and the whole process went very smoothly. I did install Speedbleeders to make it a one-man job and they also worked great. I also did the clutch, which was very simple.

If you're intimidated to do this process, don't be. It's not that difficult and it will save you some serious $$$ over time by doing it yourself.

Re: Where have all the archives gone?

John, Thanks for relocating the info for easier access.

I am planning to do my first fluid flush this weekend. I bought the funnel type reservoir filler from Beemer Boneyard for the ABS unit and I hope it will work as advertised.
