Another good one to use is the headlight wire. You can use the low beam for running lights, like PIAA's 1100's under the fairing, and the high beam for auxillary lights, like some HID's.
The seat wire is really easy to find though, and you can definitely use that one as well. Just a thought, but you could run a fuse block off the battery, relayed to the seat wire to power the lights.
