Angry Tupperware Help

This doesn't seam to be my weekend. Not only did I have trouble with trying to update my speedo but while out Sunday I hit a piece of steel that broke the tabs on the lower engine cover. My question is what kind of plastic is it and how do I try to glue the tabs back on?
