Stuck at work, Need help now.

Went to start my bike about 10 min. ago but every time I turn the ignition on it sounds (whinning) like the brake hydrolic assist (or fuel pump) is constantly on and going.....will not shut off and will not start during this. Can anyone please give me some quick insight so I can go home?

Try to pull the battery cable and leave it out for a few minutes.

Re: Stuck at work, Need help now.

Thanks all,
I've checked the reverse switch, fiddled with the brakes, shifted the gears a bit (neutral, 1, 2, neutral) and reset the batt. but forgot my dang alarm key at home and now the alarm keeps going off. Guess I'll have to wait till I get a ride home and get my alarm key. Will report back see if it works out. For now, I'm dead in the water.

Re: Stuck at work, Need help now.

Okay.....update.
Reset the battery and alarm and I'm still having the same problem. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

I'm going to start another post for help on resolving the issue I'm having.

Thanks again.

Re: HP Fuel line

One of the HP fuel lines blew off the pump or filter inside the tank.
