Looking for Grip Puppies, Canada!!!

Hi all;

I am looking for a set of "grip puppies" for my K 1200 LT. Was wondering if someone knew a dealer in Canada I could get a set.

Thanks in advance,
Bowdon

Re: Looking for Grip Puppies, Canada!!!

hi all I want to order some grip puppies to Australia, found the web site ok but cant find an email contact to contact them on their site any where. I cant get past the freight system and at $400 for an $8 dollar part it's a bit excessive any Ideas?

Re: Looking for Grip Puppies, Canada!!!

I looked for a dealer in Canada last year as well, with no luck.

This winter I ordered a tune-up kit for my R1200RT from Beemer Boneyard. They had a grip that looks similar to the Grip Puppies. I was already paying shipping so for the $5.95 I figured I would take the plunge.

They look like they are a good product, but time will tell. I broke my hand so I have to wait another 5 weeks to get the cast off to put them on and try them out!

I must say that I was impressed with the tune-up kit for $77.00.

Linton,

The material of these grips are similar to that used on exercise equipment hand grips and some hand tools. In my search last year I found manufactures of the material, but you had to purchase a roll. You might have luck at exercise equipment stores in your country.

I am willing to purchase here and ship them to you-I suppose I'd find out US postal cost.

I went through the same dillema. Turns out, their on-line shipping rates are wrong - you have to cvall instead. I ordered two sets and paid something like $7 for shipping. Call them!
