Where do I find a used ABS II module for a '99 LT???

Greetings and salutations,

After searching the forum, I have been unable to find a thread that can solve my problem.

The warning lights on the ABS system on my '99 LT have been flashing alternately. After checking with the MoDiTec, the error message pointed to the ABS module's piston. The dealer has done two resets to no avail. Brake pads and fluids have been replaced due to wear, but this has not helped either.

According to the dealer, flushing the ABS module will have no effect and the only solution is to replace the unit with a new which will costs several $ '000.

The dealer did advice that some LT owners have been able find used ABS modules online, but he doesn't know the source.

The p/n is 35 512 333 232.

Any recommendations?

If you can't find one elsewhere we have one off a '00 LT. I will need to double check the PN and the unit is at a friend's house, so it would have to wait a day or so to confirm, but they should be the same. '00 was before they went to the integral system.

Feel free to PM us if interested.
