Chrome Front Fender Tip K1200LT

I'm new here

I live in Belgium and I drive a brand new, full option, black K1200LT with chrome-pack. To compleat this chrome pack I wanted to order the chrome fender tip from Z-Technik:

They informed me however that they don't produce it anymore, so I will have to find it somewhere else, probably secondhand or out of storage.

Does anybody here knows where I still could find this item please

I know where you can find TWO of them....

One somewhere in New Mexico, and one somewhere in Oregon - both of them mine.

I bought the first one ever sold at the CCR rally in Breckenridge in 2005, so I guess I was the official beta tester. I tried - I mean REALLY tried to figure out a way to keep it attached.

The first one came off within a month. To their credit they sent me another one for free. The second one lasted about a year before falling off again - and this time it took out the front fender too.

That just MAY have had something to do with them taking it off the market.

Thanks for shearing. I didn't know that. It was never a big hit here in Europe, but I liked it. Well on photo anyway

I found the GG Technik front fender trim on Ebay for about $30. One of those things nobody else bid on. And it won't fall off.
