I was looking at trailer for the bike found one champage color from a 2000 lt
Is that the same color as a 2005 gold color? And will the hitch and wiring match up.

NO, the champagne on the early LTs and the baby diaper yellow on the 05s are completely different colors. Hitch and wiring will be the sa,me, though, no changes in the rear frames over the years.
