When you have it split in two for the Rear Main Seal You Should also ?

After witnessing a slowly growing puddle of oil underneath Pamela (right around the rear foot brake ...... toward the centre of the bike) and a very slightly "softening" clutch action, I guess I have to have her split in two and replace the rear main seal - and take a look at the clutch.
Have been in touch with our local dealer (Moncton, NB) but think I'll pack her up and haul her to Tom at MAX BMW in North Hampton, NH. I feel like taking it to Moncton might mean I'm paying for the tech's tuition as he learns to do this particular work. I believe that there just aren't enough LTs around here for them to get good at tearing them down and building them back up.
Anyway -- while they have the beauty apart ... what else should I have them do in the form of preventative maintenance. I have about 61,000 miles on her and except for this annoying oil leak, works fantastic.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Replace the engine main oil seal, and it's O-ring, replace ALL transmission seals, and if you have over 40,000 miles on it, replace the clutch slave cylinder, and DRILL the DRAIN hole for it! If the dealer won't drill the drain hole, ask if you can do it yourself when he has the transmission out.
