Fourth Drop

Well I dropped her for the fourth time yesterday. In the parking lot of the local BMW shop no less! Had help lifting her back to her feet and was off and gone in less than a minute. I did not look for any damage at the time and I may not until the next wash which will probably be this spring. I wash her twice a year weather she needs it or not. If something is broken or scratched it will just have to stay that way. Still rides the same. Still in love.

... and counting

Well, you've matched my number. Congrats! I last dropped mine in front of forum member Ron Kendall. I was still astride her when Ron was there to help lift. Maybe he did all the lifting since I wasn't really in a good position to do so. Oh, yeah. It was while trying to slowly get around a speed bump in a McD's lot.

Thanks Ron.

Re: ... and counting

Don't feel bad. I have I think 8 drops. And all of them my fault. The one that is the luckiest if the time I pinned the wife under the bike, I thought. It knocked her over but when all was said and done she was able to get out without having the bike lifted.

Of those 8 drops I picked it up by myself 6 of the times.

Now my new bike I haven't dropped yet. 1 year and no drops. As you see I say yet. It will happen I am sure one of these days.

I could play with women or with cars, I find cars are cheaper and you can write a book about cars a guy would understand.
