Talking Yay! Put down deposit on an LT

Well I've found a bike too good to pass up. It's an '05 with @ 32,000 miles, gold in color with add ons including J-pegs, 2 sets of Moto lights and BMW NavII GPS system. Price was nice at about 3 grand under Kelly Blue Book.
I also purchased a 3 year warranty..just in case.
I most likely will pick it up on the 25th (weather permitting) as they will be replacing a weepy trans output shaft seal next week. Other than that the bike checked out ok and I'm real excited to be owning my first BMW!

Two lights down by the wheel and two up by the fairing. Not sure of the brand? I assumed they are Moto.. They are fairly small with aluminum housings.

They are spun aluminum with a bullet shaped housing. The lenses seemed to have a blue tint. I didn't really examine them too closely as I was busy checking out the rest of the bike.

This forum has already been very helpfull with my choice, I've been reading like crazy the past few weeks. I will have plenty of time this winter for a detailed examination of the bike from top to bottom, in the meantime I intend to get in as much riding as possible before the snow flies.

Exactly what I'm looking forward to. The Bandit is a Hot Rod and an absolute hoot to ride but I'm not getting any younger and after an hour or two on it I'm pooped.

Might be a good idea to replace the slave cylinder and drill the weep hole for it and in bell housing while they are that far into her? Cheap insurance?

I could be wrong, but it sounds like PIAA lights to me!
