Zumo install and only 1 Bolt left!!

Well Fellas,
I just finished the install of my Zumo off the R65, and onto the new K1200-Miss Piggy(dont tell her I call her that). Nice that it mounts right on the included Garmin mount on the 2009 model. Had my first Tupperware party, and after 3 local brews(a Friedenfelser Dunkel, a Freudenberger Pils, and a Naabecker Helle) I wrapped everything up and it works great!!

Only 2 issues:
1. BMW could at least put some clear silicon to hold the stupid square nuts on the factory mount in place. 5 min, and later 15 minutes I heard "something" like a small bolt drop down in the fairing, yeah, like I'll every find those....actually I did find one on the floor after job was done.

2. I had 1 Tupperware bolt left over, and after all said and done, as long as the engine doesnt drop out, I am going to put it in a place of honor(at least until next time I figure out where it goes)on my desk.

Sooooo,
390 miles so far, love it, wife loves it, and I live and work in Bavaria, man I am in heaven.......

Thanks for the help guys, I'll drink a cold one(or celler temp anyway) for all of you.

Spader,
Jack in Bavaria

No, I never got to the point of removing that plastic, I just did enough to get the stingray out to fish out the factory GPS wiring and to run my Zumo wiring to the battery, I am sure I'll find where that sucker goes one of these days. But overall, it isnt a bad job, and running things like wiring is pretty easy, so any future Farkles will be a snap....
