Autocom Pro M-1

Does anyone know any info on these intercom. After hours of searching all over my 00 lt. I finally found the box (and I might add many pms back and forth to members). I posted a message about my radio headset plug cable a couple of weeks ago. Now I think I know what I need to fix the problem. The cable is attached inside this box.

Re: Autocom Pro M-1

If you contact Autocom they are very good at providing any help or answering questions. I also have the Pro M-1 and although is is an older product, much of the information available on their web site still applies.

Thumbs up Re: Autocom Pro M-1

If you're having a problem with the main box Autocom will refurb it for about $75. I did mine last year and its good as new. They installed all new cables and checked the internals. If I remember right it took about 5 days.

Re: Autocom Pro M-1

Thanks to all for the great info. I talked to a Scott at Autocom and he helped me out. Come to find out I didn't need a cable (found out today after ordering one) It was a short in the wire going into the box. He told me to check and make sure I had power. Of course I didn't take he advise and wait to order. I found it today and fixed it. Headsets sounds Great now.
