Re: Is there a way to dim the ABS, High Beam and cruise control lights at night?
If you don't mind doing your own work, you could always rig a switch or optical sensor to plug in a resiter to the dash lights in question to dim them. Or use a lower wattage replacement bulb or LED equivilant bulb. Many LED bulbs come in 1, 4, 6, 8, etc. LEDs in a cluster. One of them should be dim enough for night view and bright enough to be seen in daylight.
I bought a set of bulbs recently from SuperbrightLEDs.Com for my underwing marker lights. They were only $3 a piece in blue, but you can get white, red, amber, etc. colors to fit your needs.
