CD Wiring

Just to keep me from having to remove the CD, can someone tell me what kind of in/out jacks are on the back of the CD. Are they just regular RCA jacks?
What I'm thinking of doing is tapping off of the out jack of the CD with a Y jack and using the out audio on my XM radio to play the XM. I don't know if it will work or not but do need to know the type of wiring on the back side of the CD.

Thanks to all who respond

The CD changer has a 3-pin plug, and a 6-pin plug. There are no RCA jacks. There are companies that make an adapter box that will give you RCA inputs. Some replace the CD changer, and some keep the changer and give an extra input.

Search on Blitzsafe for more info, or just buy this converter if you want to replace your CD changer, or this converter and this cable if you want to keep the CD changer and add more inputs.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
