Angry Replace Radio Display Screen?

My radio display screen is full of what looks like small cracks or better yet crystalized (sp). Can the dispaly screen be replaced? If so does anyone have the part number?

First try a light wipe with denatured alcohol. I masked off the screen before I did mine a couple of years ago. It restored it to functionality.

Like fog???

If it is a haze there is way to clear it. I would do a search on this forum or I am sure some one will dime it. It has something to do with denatured alcohol.
