Question Tires?

Does anyone have a clue where to purchase white wall tires for the LT? 2005 or later would be the year of bike. If you know anyone with pictures, to post them would help as well.

Due to the weight of the LT, you are very limited in choice, and (luckily ) none of them are in whitewall (but it would be a boring place if we all thought the same !!).

  • 2005 LT - 17 countries, 2 CONTINENTS & counting !
  • MB SLK 350 MT
  • 1974 Triumph Bonneville 750

They might look pretty snappy on an LT with an aqua paint job!

Butt seriously -

They are available in 16 and 18 inch from www.store.coker.com. No 17's that I am aware of. Then there's the load rating issue if you could find some to fit the rim.

DARN.

Why not just go with a set of THESE and some spoked wheels? They would look great with some extra chrome, right Joe?? (ANYTHING to bring you out of hiding)

Thanks for the Info. I'm sure there is a quality 17 in white wall weight spec tire being manufactured somewhere.

Re: Tires?

Nope. None in the 79 V REINFORCED spec. In fact there are only three that meet that spec.
