Where to find ACC power

Hi Gang,
I'm going to rewire the Autocom (and some other stuff) on my 2005 LT. I would like the Autocom and the other stuff to come on at the ACC position on the key (first click, when the radio comes on) and not ignition like it is now. Is there a convenient place to tap ACC power? I will probably drive a relay with it and supply the load directly from the battery, so current is not a problem.

I spend time in ferry lanes and would like to talk with the pillion without having the headlight and all on!

Thanks,
-Scurrie

Nope, that is where it is connected now, and that doesn't come on until the key is in the ignition position.

I guess it is easy enough to tap right at the fuse block, at the radio fuse (#4), and wire that to my relay.

Scurrie.. your relay should not pull much power so that will work.. just might want to consider "fusing" the relay itself, too.... at a very low amperage... say .1 or .2.
