Rack thingy hanging under the LT's back end
Greetings to all from sunny Manchester.
I've just returned from a 2500 mile round trip of France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the LT with my wife as passenger.
As I was motoring along an Autobahn, I passed a parking place and spotted a Dutch-plated LT parked up.
Hanging from the rear of the bike, almost on level with the wheel hub-height-wise, was a chromed rack with the guy's tent and stuff on it.
I'd seen a similar setup hanging off the back end of a Wing in Geneva, and thought it would make a cool addition to my LT, when, 2 days later, I actually saw such a thing in the metal!!
As I was peramubulating the route at a fair speed, I wasn't able to stop and chat, so have no idea if this rack was home made, or shop-bought..
Plain question: Anyone know a) what I am talking about and b) if you do, where can I get one?
I've tried the search engine on this site to no avail, likewise on most vendor's sites too.
Cheers to you all
