Before doing anything else, I would disconnect the battery for 30+ minutes to see if this resets the radio.
Remember after reconnecting the battery that you need to reset the throttle position sensor. Key on but don't start. Fully open the throttle and release. Repeat. Key off. Then start as normal.
This might not fix the radio but is easy to do and does fix a number of problems.
